“I enjoy helping people solve their problems, not perpetuate them. Through mediation we facilitate a productive discussion so you can resolve your dispute on your own terms, and move on with your life. This is a unique opportunity to efficiently come to a resolution (often in one session) that ultimately avoids months (or even years) in lengthy, drawn-out litigation where the attorney’s fees are unlimited and the outcome unknown. Don’t risk spending unknown amounts on unknown outcomes. Mediate: be your own decision maker.”
Morgan Tregenza – Professional Mediator
I am a licensed Colorado attorney, and have been mediating for nearly ten years. I am a Lead Mediator for Court Mediation Services and a Professional Mediator for the Mediation Association of Colorado.
While practicing as a lawyer, I have continued to hone my skills as a mediator through experience. While I enjoy understanding the law and even working as an attorney, I do not enjoy perpetuating people’s problems or legal disputes through lengthy, drawn-out, stressful litigation.
Mediating is where I thrive.
I was born and raised in Telluride, Colorado, and I’m a true outdoor enthusiast and lover of the Rocky Mountains. I studied Anthropology and Philosophy as an undergraduate in Boulder, Colorado, and Norwich, England. Prior to law school I worked in finance, political fundraising, marketing and advertising, and for a Boulder based non-profit. I attended law school because of my sincere desire to help others, especially people in turmoil trying to navigate often complex legal issues.
I have also worked as a dishwasher, waitress, horse wrangler, nanny, office manager, mentor, mentee, intern, personal assistant and more. I appreciate that people come from different walks of life, and we each have our own experiences relative to the vastly different lives we have lived. I use my varied life experience and substantial academic background in order to understand that no issue is too small, but simultaneously, no issue is worth sitting on for too long. Life is simply too short to perpetuate a dispute that can be resolved.
I have a great understanding and ability to work with all sorts of people to connect and motivate towards a solution. Moreso, I thrive when presented with issues that need creative thinking and a quick, effective resolution. This is why Zenith Resolutions was formed.
One important note: while I do have a law degree and an active law license, when I engage in the mediation process I am not providing legal services or legal advice. At no time before, during or after the mediation am I practicing law, nor should it be construed as such.
