Our mission is simple: we want to facilitate a meaningful discussion between the parties so that you all can come to a resolution based on your own terms, and not the courts.

We recognize that people’s lives have changed, and continue to do so because of COVID. Our services are here to provide meaningful discussion, and encourage problem solving and drive resolution–mostly so you can move on with your life. We are adept at working with people from  every social and economic demographic. We understand that people are experiencing layoffs, job loss, financial loss, having to shut their business doors, moving homes, evictions, school closures, addressing medical issues , to name a few. These are unpredictable times.

We believe that by communicating in a calm and confidential setting, that we can often find ways to solve problems without letting the law dictate the outcome. This is not always the case, but we will try to do our best. We work at bringing parties together to find a mutual solution, rather than driving them a part on opposite sides. We believe that through successful mediation we can better support and understand one another, and mostly we can navigate these strange times more efficiently and come out better on the other side.

Please note: While some of our Professional Mediators are licensed attorneys, our practice in mediation is not in the law. Therefore, when providing mediation services, we do NOT give legal advice nor do we make legal decisions. Mediation is not the practice of law.
